Construction Update: Oct 2021
We are making great progress toward the completion of The Beacon at 101 N. Beacon Street. We are now only about 30 days out from a certificate of occupancy which will allow residents to move into the building, we’re expecting closings to commence the week of November 8!
As of today, the building is 60% under agreement.
There are 12 luxurious units still available for sale and you can see the floor plans for these units here. Two of them are one bedroom units that start at $630,000 while ten are two bedroom units that start at $835,000 and offer a variety of layouts to choose from.
